  • How to get to our campsite

  • Where is the nearest train station located?

    Royan train station can be found 11 km away from our campsite.

  • Is the campsite far from the sea?

    Our campsite is 600 metres from the sea and 1200 metres from Grande Côte Beaach.

Arrivals/Departures
  • What are the arrival and departure dates?

    Arrivals and Departures vary depending on your booking information:

    • If you are renting an accommodation:
      • Every day during low season
      • Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays during High Season
    • On a bare pitch:
      • Every day, both during low and high season
  • What are the arrival and departure times?

    If you are renting an accommodation, arrival times begin at 5 pm, and departures must occur before 10 am.

    If you are renting a Classic or Grand Confort pitch, arrival times begin at 2 pm, and departures must occur before 12 pm.

    If you are renting a Premium Suite with a private bathroom, arrival times begin at 3 pm, and departures must occur before 12 pm.

  • What happens if our arrival is delayed?

    A welcome pack addressed to our guests can be found in our unlocked “late arrivals” box, located next to the reception desk.

    This pack contains a welcome brochure, and a map of the campsite, indicating how to access the mobile home or pitch. The mobile-home key can be found in the mobile-home.

    You must check in at the reception desk the next morning in order to finalise your arrival.

    Guests must indicate their telephone number and number plate before they arrive (to be scanned by the number plate barrier).

  • Is bedding available for my accommodation?

    Bedding is only supplied for the following accommodation: Prestige and Premium Cottages

    Bedding is available to rent during your stay at 16,00 € a set (Price as of 2024).

  • Does my accommodation come with quilts, covers, and blankets?

    Yes, all of our accommodation rentals come equipped with quilts and square-shaped pillows.

  • Is my accommodation heated?

    Yes, all of our accommodation rentals are heated, with the exception of the Tentes Lodge accommodation.

  • Does my accommodation have a television?

    Please note, not all accommodation rentals come with a television. Our Classic, Loggia Bay, Family 6P Cottages and Tentes Lodge cottages do not have a television.

  • Are babies factored into the number of sleeping spots available?

    Yes, our accommodation rentals take into account sleeping space for babies.

  • Can I book two accommodation rentals next to each other?

    Yes, you can, depending on the availability and choice of rental.

  • Can I choose what number accommodation rental or pitch I have?

    Yes, you can, depending on the availability and choice of rental.

  • Is the terrace on my accommodation a covered one?

    Covered terraces are available, depending on the guest’s choice of cottage. Semi-covered terraces are available in the following accommodation rentals: Large Family 8P, Prestige and Premium. Fully-covered terraces are available at The Loggia Bay and Tente Lodge cottages.

  • When will my booking be officially finalised?

    Your booking will be officially finalised once the deposit has been received.

  • Can I pay with holiday vouchers?

    Yes, we accept the following holiday vouchers: ANCV and ANCV Connect.

  • How and when should I pay for my stay?

    Booking by our guests must be paid 30 days before their stay by bank card via the customer services (secured payment), cheque, ANCV holiday vouchers or bank transfer.

  • Can I modify my booking?

    Yes, bookings are modifiable. Please contact us via email or telephone for more details.

  • How can I extend my stay on site?

    Head to the reception desk at our campsite to ask our staff about the availability of your accommodation rental.

  • Is there a possibility of a refund if I choose to shorten my stay?

    Unfortunately, no refunds for a shorter stay are available.

Cancellation Policy
  • Is it recommended to sign up for a cancellation insurance policy?

    We highly recommend that our guests sign up to our campsite’s cancellation insurance.

  • What are the main reasons covered by the cancellation insurance?

    In order to find out more about the main events covered by our cancellation insurance (catastrophic illness, accident or injury, redundancy, death etc.), please refer to our general terms and conditions applicable via our partner, Campez-Couvert.

Pets
  • Are pets allowed?

    With the exception of Category 1 and Category 2 dogs, considered as “dangerous”, pets are accepted in all rentals, excluding the Prestige and Premium cottages.

    All dogs must be kept on a lead and have their vaccination records up to date.

On-site
  • What are the payment options when staying on the campsite?

    Guests can pay for purchases on our campsite via the following methods:

    • Cash
    • Cheque
    • Debit Card
    • ANCV holiday vouchers
  • Are barbecues allowed on-site?

    Gas and electric barbecues are both authorized on-site. Wood and charcoal barbecues are not authorized.

  • Does the price of the stay include access to the swimming area?

    Yes, there is no added cost required to access your campsite’s swimming area. Your “Yukadi Villages Le Logis Campsite” bracelet must be worn in order to access the area.

  • Is the swimming area heated?

    Yes, our swimming pool is heated via heat pump through a system of Co2.emissions. However, exterior temperatures can cool the temperature of the pool water even when pool is heated.

  • Are swimming trunks allowed?

    No, only swimming costumes and swim shorts are allowed. Swimming trunks and board shorts are not allowed in the bathing area.
